Indeed, our various (road-rail) flows’ analyses are reporting CO2 emissions up to 10 times lower than emissions from a « raod only » mode of transport.
For a long time, we have been a signatory to the voluntary Charter of commitments to reduce CO2 emissions from road freight transport. Today, we want to go further in order to consolidate our position as thrifty carrier in terms of CO2 emissions and we aim to obtain the « Objectif CO2 label » : the only official Quality Label for environmentally responsible transport.
This label values and rewards the companies achieving a high level of environmental performance. It is developed by the French Environment and Energy Management Agency (ADEME) and the Ministry for the Ecological and Inclusive Transition.
Since 2014, Transports Labouriaux is Qualimat Transport certified. QUALIMAT is an organisation committed to maintaining the quality of the raw materials, in particular during the stage of bulk transport.
The carriers must meet the requirements of stict specifications in order to prevent any risk of physical, chemical or biological contamination.
